Enlitech’s four main product markets include image sensor testing solutions, advanced photoelectric detector testing systems, quantum efficiency test solutions, and various light simulators. Certifications
The Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF) is the only national accreditation body in Taiwan. TAF accreditation recognizes and promotes organizations by assessing, against international standards and criteria (ISO/IEC 17025), their competence in providing specific types of certification, calibration, testing, inspection and proficiency testing program services. Enlitech obtains TAF certificate for ISO/IEC 17025, not only provides calibration services in solar cell Spectral Response field, but also ensures that the competence of laboratory is above specific level. Besides, Enlitech constantly enhances services quality to provide more satisfied services to our customers.

2021
- Enlitech’s brand new CIS (Corporate Identity System) launched.
- Enlitech established and activated the clean room for optical products.
- We took part in TSMC Charity Foundation’s “Deliver Our Love” event by donating roof PV systems to social welfare organizations.
- Enlitech’s research and development project, “Image sensor tester for high level chips and camera modules for 5G/AI applications”, was awarded and sponsored by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
- Enlitech’s research and development project, “The System of open-circuit voltage (Voc) loss analysis for pervoskite solar cells”, was awarded and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
- Enlitech’s solar cell Spectral Response/Quantum Efficiency Measurement Lab. obtained the annual accreditation of ISO/IEC 17025 (TAF) and the effective date was extened to 2024.
2020
- The EQE / Photon-Electron Conversion Testing Systems were adopted by the world-renowned solar cell manufacturer.
- The Image sensor Testing Systems were adopted by the international companies for automobile and mobile phone applications.
- The very unique system – Star Simulators were adopted by the aerospace customers.
- Enlitech donated for the prevention of COVID-19 infections and was awarded by many public hospitals and social welfare organizations.
2019
- The wafer-level image sensor testing systems were adopted by the aerospace customers.
- The characterization system of solar cells – the Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) Loss Analysis System launched and was adopted by the leading-edge Labs.
2018

2017
Enlitech’s Full-area Spectral Response / Quantum Efficiency measurement system (S6) was adopted by CanadianSolar.
Indian Space Research Organization, ISRO, adopted Enlitech’s High-level Image Sensor Characterization System (RCSIS-3018) and developed the CMOS chips for aerospace applications.

Enlitech developed the FLIM (Fluorescence-lifetime imaging microscopy) measuring system (SLI-PE-M200; 200mm x 200mm) using TCSPC mapping technology to provide the biggest measuring area, which was adopted by a start-up technology company in Sweden.
The sales of Enlitech’s AAA Solar Simulator (SS-F5-3A & SS-F7-3A) and Spectral Response / Quantum Efficiency measurement system (QE-R) in India, Germany & Singapore are growing consistently. The representative new customers are SMITS Sikkim (India), National University of Singapore, University Hamburg…etc.
JAsolar adopted Enlitech’s Full-area Spectral Response / Quantum Efficiency measurement system (S6).
Enlitech’s UV LED measuring system (UV LED-263-781-008) was adopted by BSMI, Taiwan.
2016
Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, ICCAS, developed the highest power-conversion efficiency nonfullerene-based polymer solar cell (PSC) successfully by adopting Enlitech’s AAA Solar Simulator (SS-F5-3A) and Spectral Response / Quantum Efficiency measurement system (QE-R).
Enlitech penetrated the North-Europe market successfully. Our AAA Solar Simulator (SS-F5-3A) and Spectral Response / Quantum Efficiency measurement system (QE-R) were adopted by Linkoping University, Sweden.
Enlitech’s Image Sensor Characterization Systems (MV-IS) were adopted by China General Certification Center, Superpix Technology Co. Ltd. and Chinese IC design companies.
Jolywood adopted Enlitech’s Full-area Spectral Response / Quantum Efficiency measurement system (S6).

Successfully developed SR-M21 Solar Module Quantum Efficiency Measurement System.
Spectral Response/Quantum Efficiency measurement system was adopted by prestigious research institutes and companies, such as Duke University, University of Toronto, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hyundai Heavy Industries and so on.
2013
Quantum Efficiency measurement system was adopted by Indian Institutes of Technology.
Quantum Efficiency measurement system was adopted by the research team of Christoph Brabec at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
