什么是PL?
PL (Photoluminescence, 光致发光):当材料吸收光子后,电子跃迁至激发态,再回到低能态,将能量以光的形式发出。
什么是PLQY?
PLQY (Photoluminescence Quantum Yield, 光致发光量子产率) 计算方式为发出的光子数除以吸收的光子数。 PLQY是评价发光材料的重要指标,除了可以用来对材料进行初级分类的基本参数,且对于发光系统与其载子动力学的重要分析方法。

LQ-100X-PL所搭配的激光器系统,能在3mm的光斑下,实现超过10倍Sun的光强激发,这一特性使其在PLQY(光致荧光量子效率)和QFLS(准费米能级分裂)研究中无往不利。 在QFLS研究中,使用10倍Sun的光激发来测量PLQY是至关重要的。 高激发强度能有效提高载流子浓度,使材料的激发态与实际运行条件更接近,这有助于获得更准确的PLQY数据,从而更精确地评估太阳能电池的效率潜力。
此外,高光强激发还能抑制非辐射复合过程,增强辐射复合路径的影响,从而减少PLQY测量中的偏差。 同时,强激发下的PL信号较强,有助于降低测量误差,提升数据精度。
在QFLS(准费米能级分裂)研究中,需要使用10倍Sun的光激发来测量光致荧光量子效率(PLQY),这主要是因为高光激发强度可以提高载流子浓度,从而达到类似于实际运行条件下的状态。 这样做的原因包括以下几点:
- 非辐射复合的抑制:在低激发强度下,非辐射复合路径可能主导载流子的复合过程,使得PLQY偏低。 随着激发强度的增加,辐射复合路径的影响增强,非辐射复合的比例相对减少,从而更准确地反映材料在高光强下的性能 。
- 激发态的稳定性:10倍Sun的激发强度可以使得载流子浓度达到一定水平,这时候材料内部的激发态和载流子动力学更接近实际工作时的条件,从而提供更准确的PLQY数据,这对于估计太阳能电池的潜在效率至关重要 。
- 实验技术要求:由于在高光激发下,PL信号较强,这可以减少仪器测量的误差,如背景噪音的干扰,从而提高数据的精确度。
总之,使用10倍Sun的光激发来测量PLQY是为了确保测量条件能够模拟实际工作环境,从而得到更准确的材料特性数据。
特点
LQ-100X-PL拥有以下几点优势,可应对材料测试面临的挑战:
- 以紧凑的设计,尺寸大小 502.4mm(L) x 322.5mm(W) x 352mm(H),搭配4吋外径PTFE材质的积分球,并且整合NIST追溯的校准,让手套箱整合PL与PLQY成为可能。

PL 光谱显示

LQ-100X-PL系统可以针对多种材料进行PL与PLQY测试。 步骤如下:

原位时间解析PL光谱变化

LQ-100X-PL 除 PLQY 检测外,还可进行 PL 光谱随时间变化的连续测试,并将结果以二维或三维图像的形式呈现,即原位时间分辨 PL 光谱图。
如图所示,钙钛矿的 PL 光谱随时间推移呈现出峰宽 (FWHM) 增加和峰位红移的现象。 通过分析原位时间分辨 PL 光谱图,可以获得钙钛矿等新型材料稳定性或亚稳态特性的直接证据,为材料表征提供有力支持。 LQ-100X-PL 是一款用于研究材料光学特性演变的强大工具。
